Een kroon op een carrière in de horeca van ruim dertig jaar. Zo voelt Bertus Stijf van het Veluws Eethuis in Wissel bij Epe de toelating tot Euro-Toques Nederland. “Geen voedsel met gekke toevoegingen, gewoon pure producten en -bereidingen”, zegt Stijf.
In de restaurants van Euro-Toques Nederland wordt ambachtelijk gekookt.
De samenwerking met lokale en streng geselecteerde landelijke producenten, staat garant voor kwaliteit, smaak en behoud van culinaire tradities.
